About this project
Working with Bell Building Projects BTS Property Solutions will be carrying out remedial works to improve the external façade of the building. This prominent Central London project located aside the River Thames will benefit from a new high-end façade to enhance its aesthetics for residents and the waterline, in addition to providing essential fire safety upgrades.
A focus for recladding works is the removal of timber cladding on buildings above 18 meters. When refurbishing buildings, we install like for like. By using Cedral panels, we utilise the visual appearance of timber however it is a cement fibre-based system with a wood grain finish. This solution provides a robust, low-maintenance and long-life solution.
On the Waterside project we have worked together with the client as well as the supply chain to provide security and assurance that the installed façade is compliant and safe.
Scope of work
Removal: ACM Cladding panels, Timber Cladding, Copper Cladding and Existing Cavity Barriers.
Installation: Cavity barriers to windows and doors, Rockwool Rainscreen Duo-Slab insulation, Marley Eternit Cedral cladding panels, KME Cladding Panels, Enviro Build Aluminium Decking, and Canopy.
