Project Summary

Roseberry Place is part of Bath Spring Wharf riverside development comprises of three residential buildings with a centrally located gym for the residents. The arrangement of the buildings which are connected through a podium allows the maximisation of river views from the individual apartments.

Build-Therm demonstrates its years of experience to carry out all the EWI works on this development. The works include rainscreen cladding, external wall insulation with render finish, timber, and steel framing systems.

Whilst it was key to ensure that the visual amenities of the local area from the roadside are preserved, the situ of the buildings allowed for several different fa├žade materials to be used within the construction. These included traditional bath stone as well as metal cladding which provided a more contemporary addition to the building at both high level and from the riverside view.
