About this project
Stanhope House is a 19-storey building in the heart of Portsmouth. The build consisted of regenerating an old office block into Student accommodation providing for 252 students for the growing demand for housing in the area.
Build-Therm provided the EWI envelope solution with a mixed pallet of colours and features. Using the Ash and Lacy systems Build-Therm were able to utilise our design team and our in-house architect to create a bespoke finish. This approach brought a colourful finish to this breath-taking addition to the skyline of the cosmopolitan port city.
Special Features
This vibrant addition to the skyline utilised the feature of aluminium louvres and architectural fins to add texture and dimension to the façade. By working alongside Maith and RGB Group we were able to work in unison with our design team and supply chain to provide the modern two-tone envelope.
