Project Summary

Stanhope House is a 19-storey building in the heart of Portsmouth. The build consisted of regenerating an old office block into Student accommodation providing for 252 students for the growing demand for housing.

Build-Therm provided the EWi envelope solution with a mixed pallet of colours and features. Using the Ash and Lacy systems Build-Therm were able to utilise our design team and our in-house architect to create a bespoke finish. This approach brought a vibrant finish to this breathtaking addition to the skyline of this cosmopolitan port city.

This build came with its challenges but this project now stands as one of Build-Therm’s most iconic builds.
